Shopify recently updated the way they handle different storage locations.

If you are experiencing that your orders are not closing correctly in Shopify, we have a solution for you.

In Shopify, you should navigate to Sales Channels > Point of Sale > Locations and select the location marked as the "Shipping origin".

At the top of your screen, in the address bar, you should see something like the following:

The number at the end of this string needs to correspond with the location number in Webshipper. 

You can find it by selecting Settings > Order channels, select the relevant order channel and click on Edit order channel, and scroll down to Location ID.

Now simply input the ID from Shopify into Webshipper.
