When a broker changes which carriers you are able to use, you may have to change the service in Webshipper. 

Here's a step by step guide:

  1. Contact CoolRunner and agree on what services to use going forward
  2. In Webshipper, go to Settings > Order Channels >  Select Order Channel > Select the shipping rate you want to change > Service
  3. Here you should see a dropdown list with all the available services, where you can select the new rate.
  4. Make sure to change the name, and possibly price and countries of the rate to match your new setup.
  5. Press "Update Shipping Rate" 

That's all - You've changed the shipping rate going forward.
