When a broker changes which carriers you are able to use, you may have to change the service in Webshipper.
Here's a step by step guide:
- Contact CoolRunner and agree on what services to use going forward
- In Webshipper, go to Settings > Order Channels > Select Order Channel > Select the shipping rate you want to change > Service
- Here you should see a dropdown list with all the available services, where you can select the new rate.
- Make sure to change the name, and possibly price and countries of the rate to match your new setup.
- Press "Update Shipping Rate"
That's all - You've changed the shipping rate going forward.
